Toronto police officers were 'misleading' about raid at rapper’s condo: judge | CBC Toronto

A judge tossed out serious gun charges last month after finding Toronto police used excessive force during a raid, questioned a man “in a vulnerable position,” and then tried to cover it up. It’s unclear what the punishment will be, if any, for the five police officers involved. As CBC’s Bobby Hristova reports, some of these officers have also previously been accused of lying in court.
